The Fabric of Sound @ Berklee College of Music

The Fabric of Sound: Ella's Scat

This painting was the birth of my interest in Theoretical Physics. It addresses the micro and macro point of view of sound, light, color, chaos and order, multiple dimensions, gravity, and what is seen and unseen with our human eyes. Ella Fitzgerald was the muse for this particular painting, and it was love at first vibration.

This piece will hang in Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA through May, 2017. In April, the school will honor Ella Fitzgerald's birthday and use this painting as a centerpiece for the celebration of her music.
